My StartAllBack is buggy

- Delete App
- Revo Uninstaller
- Delete Temp

Not only do you not tell us how SAB is "buggy", you give us absolutely no information about your system specs or what version/build of Windows 11 you are running so I can only take a guess. If uninstalling SAB fixes your isssue, the problem is with SAB, not Windows.

In release version, that was before Dec update so if that is the version of SAB you are running chances are something in the update will have to be addressed by SAB. That be the case, you will have to wait for SAB to update the app.
If you are running an insider build I have no way of knowing what update might have broken it.

My guess is that they Revo'd SAB and are now stuck with a huge locked Taskbar!!!

I didn't even notice that. You and Edwin are more observant than me. I was going by his comment that he had uninstalled/reinstalled it using REVO no less. Done correctly that should have cleaned SAB from appdata. But I do just love threads where very little info is provided and we have to play a guessing game.

just reinstall SAB, unlock taskbar and shrink it down...
