This is for my mother.
She uses the PC for the following:
Despite her minimal needs she wants the computer to be lighting fast with Windows booting and programs opening. Cost isn't a huge issue but at the same time she does not want to waste money. She wouldn't want to spend $200 more for a processor if it meant a program starting half a second faster.
I will be buying a custom made all-in-one from this site.

I was told for her needs that getting the i3 would actually be faster due to the higher clock speed.
Was thinking about getting 16 GB or RAM.
I am sold on the Intel SSD. She does not need the storage space but would the difference in the write speeds of the 512 and 2 TB speeds (1600 MB/S vs 2700 MB/S) make a big difference?
She uses the PC for the following:
- Playing games such as Candy Crush and Microsoft Solitaire.
- Watching videos.
- Surfing the internet with up to 20 tabs open
- Mail program.
