Are you running multiple anti virus programs?
AVGSvc.exe was the running process for all three of your crash dumps. I'd suggest uninstalling AVG, and just using Windows defender. Netio crashes often come from multiple antivirus inspecting the same thing too much, from my experience at least. I had a bunch of NETIO crashes myself when we had Cisco Umbrella and Forticlient running together, and the only thing that's fixed it has been an interim build from forticlient.

1 dump did mention the windows bluetooth driver as well, bthport.sys, so it may be worth updating that as well, but I doubt it's the primary factor.
