March 25 releaseThe following update is available for Surface Laptop (7th Edition) running Windows 11, Version 24H2 or greater.
Improvements and fixes:
- Reliability:
- Ensures the Surface USB4 Dock for Business is updated with the latest features, improvements, and security patches to maintain its performance, compatibility with other devices, and overall security.
- Improves system stability and display experience by reducing Timeout Detection and Recovery (TDR) events, which led to the system becoming unresponsive or crashing.
- Performance and usability:
- Addresses the issue of momentary screen flickering on the Surface Laptop 7th Edition (15-inch screen only).
- Supports AI related experience by enhancing the performance and compatibility of the latest NPU models and ensuring alignment with the latest applications.
- Enhances the stability of the device, reducing the occurrence of blue screen.
