 Outlook app 16.95 version for Mac:

Feature Updates:
  • Shared Mailboxes: We now support Shared Mailboxes in Outlook for Mac for Exchange On-Premise environment.
  • Calendar: Access Teams meeting chat from meeting reminders: We support easy access to Teams meeting chat from the reminder window.
  • Calendar: Quickly glance which meeting is up next by looking at My Day in the menu bar.
  • Admin Pref: Added a preference for admins to set Focused Inbox off by default. Users can manually turn on Focused Inbox. Details can be accessed here.
  • M365 Copilot Chat: Your AI assistant for work, grounding Copilot conversations in both the latest large language models (LLM) and information from your content and the web, directly in Outlook.
Resolved Issues:
  • Accessibility: Fixed an issue where Infobar text is unreadable when hovering over a button in dark mode.
  • Mail: Fixed an issue where disabling Encrypt Only and Do Not Forward also hid related templates in Outlook for Mac. The preferences will now only disable Encrypt Only and Do Not Forward from the UI, allowing labels to remain visible as intended.
  • Mail: Fixed an issue where delegates were not seeing the correct infobar when meetings are tentatively accepted on behalf of a manager.
  • Mail: Fixed an issue where SMIME encrypted emails moved to "On My Computer" were not displaying any content in Outlook for Mac.
  • Crash: Fixed the issue that caused Outlook to crash when the admin pushed the SMIMECertificatesLookupOrder property to client machines.
  • Crash: Fixed an issue where double-clicking the group calendar in side-by-side mode caused Outlook to crash.
  • Performance: Fixed a performance issue that occurred when using multiple profiles in Outlook.
