Perhaps, the below is the answer:-
If you'll be adding a language pack and changing the default language after installation, please make sure you add your desired language, enable it, and restart your PC BEFORE updating the OS Build. Newer OS Builds have issues with full system wide language translation, which is why this specific OS Build was used for this release.

Yes, I did installed it manually!
For drivers, I just keep it up to date manually too! I even have Windows policy in place, so it won't check/install at all.

If you'll be adding a language pack and changing the default language after installation, please make sure you add your desired language, enable it, and restart your PC BEFORE updating the OS Build. Newer OS Builds have issues with full system wide language translation, which is why this specific OS Build was used for this release.
