Sharable last session recaps
When viewing a game in your library, you can now share gaming session details to your social channels. Just click on the Last session information panel and then select any info you want to share to have it copied to your clipboard and ready to paste where desired.
Recently played games in system tray
Right-click the Xbox app in your system tray to see your most recently played games, now available for immediate launching when you are ready to jump back in!
Compact mode improvements
Updated style and sizing options for social widgets and the Home bar allow for more customization in both desktop and compact modes.
Improvements for console games
When you select a console game played through cloud gaming from your recently played list, you’ll land on the game hub that now supports console games. Additionally, when viewing a console game from the Store, a See in Store button will take you to the web store where you can purchase, remote download, or play from the cloud where available.
Bug fixes
- Resolved an issue where release countdowns were not showing for all games coming soon to the Store or to the Game Pass library.
- Fixed an issue where adding items to your Wish List was not supported for game add-ons.
- Resolved a bug where clicking back in the Rewards redemption page returned you to your Achievements page.
- Fixed a bug where 2 system tray menus would show simultaneously.
- Resolved an issue where incoming friend requests appeared as “Unknown users” in the Notifications tab.
- Fixed an issue where clicking on a friend request in compact mode didn’t open to the correct location.
- Fixed a bug where buttons overlapped in the chats tab for one-to-one conversations.
- Resolved an issue where clicking on achievements in the notification center linked to Store pages instead of game hubs for console games.
- Fixed a bug where the block function displayed twice when viewing quick actions from the Party Chat tab.
- Resolved a bug where the Play Later option was not showing for some games in the Store.
