No access to 365 or CoPilot

Forgive my poor technological skills, please. I'm not even sure where I ought to post this.

Over three weeks ago, I bought this laptop. I bought Windows 365 and have been trying to use that and Copilot on a daily basis. I am being denied access to both. I can't save my conversations on Copilot because I'm not allowed to sign in. I go around in circles. I'm told codes will be sent to my email addresses. I check, and there is nothing there. I've been told I've had too many attempts at logging into various places and to go back tomorrow. Tomorrow is no use when I need access to important (to me) software. I have changed passwords dozens of times. My telephone number isn't even being recognised, although it's the correct one.

I have no idea how to address these issues, and I hope someone can provide assistance.

Don't know as I can help but do have a question: Did you get Windows 365 or Microsoft 365? They are different things and the last several Windows 11 Notebooks I've set up came with at least a Trial copy of Microsoft 365 or the OEM included a year use and as far as I've seen Microsoft 365 is also Cloud based.

Thank you for your quick response to my post.

Windows 11 was running on my laptop when I bought it. I paid for Microsoft 365 - I think! I'm checking now, just wanted to thank you for trying to help me. It seems to depend on where I try to use Word from. I was allowed access just now when I went into it via my files.
