That leaves a lot to the imagination. It could mean that you have the hardware, but no software to run it.
Or, it could mean you've got one of the newer portable PC's that don't even have the hardware.
So, which did you mean?
For the lack of hardware, I use an external DVD drive, that plugs into any USB port on the PC.
But, for DVD or CD playing software, I use Windows Media Player (usually comes with Windows) and then I install the "K-Lite Codec pack" either FULL or MEGA. Then my PC will play most anything.
Either solution is fairly simple.
