"No startup window" error message

I get this message every time I restart my computer. Everything works fine once I get rid of the message but it's very annoying. Any ideas?

You probably have something in a startup location or task in task scheduler that triggers on login that has incorrect arguments. You can try using Autoruns to look at start up entries to locate something with those quoted values.

you maybe able to check which start up program via the task manager
right click the 'start menu' and its about the 7th item up.
when task manager opens you can then check and if needs be disable the startup item.
