Nothing to do with the browser.That used to occur sometimes with applications running a basic vb or java type script somewhere. You might be missing some js stuff (no idea what though) . Try using another browser to see if the same thing happens.
I think this also happens if scripts or whatever are still using Active-X which has long been deprecated.

It is a script that Minitool is getting from googletagmanager.com that is no longer working.
To prevent the error, they just suggested to delete experience.exe and updatechecker.exe that are calling that failing script.
