It depends on weather if the users PC's is win 11 compatible or not.. if it is yes.. the update should be ready for them to use. If not.. well they shouldn't get the update to 11.So, will Windows 10 users be able to upgrade on Oct 5th or will we have to wait till later on I'm 2022 to upgrade. I am hoping that. MCT will be available for creating a Windows 11 USB installation drive, since I plan on a fresh install anyways.
As for the ISO.. it's hard to say but my guess is it's going to be a few days later.
