Clearly you didn't do what I asked, because this happens on any computer. Load TWO apps, side by side, so they are both displayed AT ONCE. Not just open at once, actually on the screen, visible at the same time, half a screen each for example. Work in one app. Now try to click something in the other app (where "other app" is either Office or Wordpad), say a menu. It doesn't work! You have to click a second time!I'm with you, Dru. No Focus problems for me. In fact, I've never had any of the problems the OP has described.
I also use my computer daily, and especially Microsoft 365. I tested WordPad and Word and had no problems.
