One for my printer (Brother MFC-L3770cdw, which has the USB on the front face, and in which I've been using a normal, long UFD since I got the printer, and have almost, but never quite, damaged the UFD by bumping into it), and one for my PC as a permanent storage device.

Then, there is this replacement:

Intel Killer BE200 1750x & BT 5.4 Wi-Fi 7 Card

My mobo (MSI MEG X570 Godlike) came with a combo Killer AX1650x + BT 5.2, and the BT seems to have died. I can revive it with the power off and unplug and let it sit for 10 minutes, but it invariably fails again. I did buy another brand first from HighZer0, this one: Intel BE1750x Killer Series Upgraded BE200 WiFi 7 Card - but it failed miserable, system would not even boot. That has been returned already, and this one arrives in a week.

Finally, with all of the shenanigans of trying to replace the Wi-Fi + BT card, I also ended up breaking one of the posts for my NZXT Kraken 360 Z73 AIO cooler. Totally my fault, but it was serendipitous, in that the new Arctic Liquid Freezer III lines were out, and they are a lot cheaper than the (current gen) NZXT Kraken Elites:

ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420 A-RGB

Ordered it Friday, got it Saturday, installed is Sunday, and back up and running yesterday.

Now, that's a lot of purchases! That ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III you bought kind of makes me want to ditch my Corsair cooler. But I'll resist the urge!

I wouldn't have changed, except that I broke off the threaded part of the post mount in the thumb-nut, so I'm out one thumb-nut and one post. NZXT wanted an ungodly amount of time to get me replacements, and that one was slightly bent when I first received it, and my system is going to be 4 years old next month, so I figured it was time for a change lol. First real upgrade to the system since I bought the 3080 Ti and the Samsung 980 Pro NVMe (x3) over 2 years ago.

So, I finally upgraded my Canon Rebel Ti digital Film camera which was I believe, the first edition to a more modern DSLR.
After allot of Youtube streaming for info, I finally settled on the Rebel T7 kit. Yes, it's an older model but, I have a couple
of lenses that I wanted to still use with a more modern camera mainly the Canon 17 - 40 L and the Canon 75 - 300 USM.
Both of these lenses have paid their way and now, I will be able to enjoy them with a more modern camera.
Yes, I could've went with a R type or mirrorless but, I wouldn't of been able to use the lenses because of the mount type
so, the Rebel T7 will be able to do the job and I'll still be able to use these lenses.
Arriving tomorrow (I hope)

Well, Amazon sucks. I put a video card in my wish list. I went to look at it again, and I got a message saying someone may have purchased this for you. There's an option that says something like "Tell me if this was purchased for me." So, I clicked it and found out that my wife has purchased me this wonderful video card for my birthday (2-and-a-half months early, mind you):

I gave up my 4070 Ti Super that I was going to buy to pay for my new 3D printer. Maybe I can get my partner to buy one for me for my birthday in a couple of weeks. I can dream I guess.

Thanks. I get 46 score with hyperthreading on. Toned it down on the cpu oc though. 5.6 GHz all P cores and 4.6 all E cores. Don't want to degrade the chip.

Well, here's my "Fleet" so far. All are done, and ready to fly.
With the engines I'm going to use, they should all go 450 to 500 feet altitude.
I could put bigger engines in them, but then I'd have to chase them further, when they come down by parachute.

This is what they look like when you buy them.
Generally, paper tubes, 1/8 inch thick plywood fins, and plastic nose cone...

Well all of the above appeared on my door step on time.
I've only tried them out near the house for now but, All
my lenses worked flawlessly. I was hoping as much because
the thought of having to buy these again, well, might be
a bit much for now. I'll have the chance to try this camera
out with more realistic subjects in the next few weeks as
my granddaughter is a dancer and her group is giving a
performance for the end of their training session in a few
weeks at the Museum of History . Lots of shapes and weird
subjects to captivate my attention not to mention the
performance itself. If it's possible, I'll try and post a few pics.
My 17-40 might just be the one for this venue.

I was also wondering if the rocket used solid fuel. It seems it does as this does produce a more
effective high yield burn and trust.
Now, the instructions posted do not tell us when and how the chute is activated unless the activation
charge is how it deploys the chute being the recovery system. Am I reading it right?
Still an interesting hobby.

Yeah, look at the cross section of the rocket engine.

The igniter (battery ignition), goes in the nozzle end of the engine.
When a current is applied the igniter "flashes" extremely hot, and ignites the propellant.

After that... it's all automatic.
After the propellant burns, it fires the delay charge... just a smoke trail... so you can see the rocket up there.
Then as the rockets coasts over the top of the parabola (apogee), the ejection charge is fired by the delay charge.

Since the engine mount is "fixed" into the body tube of the rocket, the force from the ejection charge has no where to go but UP into the body tube.

This is what blows the nose cone out of the body tube, taking the parachute with it.
The shock cord... keeps the parachute and nose cone attached to the body tube of the rocket.

The ejection charge is sort of like putting a lit firecracker under a tin can.
The tin can in this analogy is like the nose cone.

This explains it pretty well... (this is a very low power rocket)...

Here's a video of a launch and recovery. This rocket is fairly heavy so it has two parachutes.
No shock cord. The top and the bottom come down separately... each with it's own chute...

We have had a few very warm days here in N.J. so I got thinking about summer. We don't have and use ice trays for making ice. I finally decide to buy a small icemaker. The ones at Walmart that I was looking at were over $100.00 I found one on Amazon yesterday for $79.96. I ordered it and it came today. I'm letting it sit for an hour to let the refrigerant settle. Then I'll run a cleaning cycle and when it finishes I try making some ice. Amazon.com
