Well I can update you on me (the SP ;) ) . I sat here this morning and spent 4 hours or so trying everything to get Windows 11 to stop freezing/rebooting itself randomly. As you may remember I have two HP Envy 17 cg1000na each with 2TB pcie ssd and 32GB ram. Processor is 11th gen and on the compatibility list. I also have a Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse for each one. I thought I would tackle the issue of the freezing mouse first First I tried removing the mouse on both and re-pairing them.....no joy......still freezes randomly. I decided to swap the mice around and did the same.....no joy. I went to Intel and downloaded the Intel Wireless Bluetooth for Administrators.... Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Driver for Windows® 10 64-Bit for Intel® NUC
....and tried those even though they are the same version as Windows 11 installs......no joy. I am now going to wait for October 5th as I don't want to use/attempt Windows 10 drivers that are also on the Intel site. As to the randomly shutting done...... well it has not done that yet today.......however it is only 4pm so there is still time.......

Well,, good effort. Just out of curiosity, have you tried 10 on that PC? I just am wonder if you would get the same error. Doing that would eliminate the possibility of 11 being the cause of the problem

No it has never had 10 on it. The laptops have upgraded ssd's and ram for the exact model from here......

......I still have the two original ssd's (256GB) that I assume have Windows 10 ready to be configured on them.
I have done a hardware diagnostic on the new stuff and its all ok. I think the Bluetooth driver is the culprit. I noticed that if I leave it alone after a few minutes it sorts itself out and reconnects. If however you reconnect immediately after it disconnects it does not work. In other words it shows as connected but the pointer is not working.

You might be better off running Intel Driver @Support Assistant. Select Refresh results on the left just to update the scan. Running a BT mouse and Headphones with no issue. Worth a check anyway.

Yes, done that already and also the HP Support Assistant method also I have the same driver as you. I have been exploring the sudden switching off too and had some informative reading here....
