Hello everyone,

Please i need help about that my emails in new outlook app from microsoft not showing in classic outlook in microsoft 365, i have the same login in the both

I don't use either for the last several years but when using 2 or more E-Mail clients the messages have to be set to remain on the Server until manually deleted. Otherwise the first client to see them will download then delete from the Server and the other client/s won't know about them.

or a personal account name@yourdomain.com?

In 365, is it an IMAP account or a POP3?
If IMAP, have you tried re-entering the account in 365?

Thank you very much, i have there an personal account @myname.com... In 365 i dont know if i have IMAP or POP3, i will check...is it a diference if i have IMAP or POP3?

POP3 is like a file cabinet that is on your computer only (the file cabinet is the PST file). It downloads the mail then you can do whatever you want with that email. If you go to your server and delete the email, the email is still on your computer in the POP3 PST file (documents\outlook files\nameofpst.pst)

IMAP mail syncs with the server.

Like Burton mentioned;

- If you have the email setup in an email app on your laptop and also on your computer, if you delete the email from your laptop, IMAP syncs your actions with the server and then when you open the email app on your computer, the email you deleted will be deleted there also.

- If you create a folder in your IMAP email account in your email app, it will sync with the server and when you open another device with that same email address, the folder will be synced and show there also etc etc

- If you create a folder in a POP3 (PST) account, that folder will NOT be synced with the server but will stay in your PST file.

If you go to 365:

Open Outlook and select File.
Click on Account Settings > Account Settings
The email address should be listed in there and should indicate if IMAP (I suspect it would be as there is a difference on how you set them up)
