Hi.
I'm still using the free EaseUS Todo Backup version 2.51 boot disc and free EaseUS Todo Backup version 8.6 & 8.9
They have saved me countless times through the years on XP, Win7,8,10.
I never had a problem with using different versions of images. Where I had a bad experience with Macrium Reflect years back.
It also helped me make someone's non-starting Win7 computer with a failed motherboard, work on a different computer.
I made a disc image of the hard drive and restored it to a hard drive of another computer.
The best part was Microsoft did not reject the original license key.
I used EaseUS "Universal Restore" that disabled the original drivers from loading at bootup
and forced Win 7 to install the correct drivers.
I was just on 10 forums and all codes were sent. Trying here for better luck.
If you happen to have a spare Todo Backup Home license code,
I will gladly accept it. :)
Even though the old versions still work, I'm sure there are new features for SSDs.
