If there would be an easy method to see the password of either the NAS or Windows, anyone who is using that method on your laptop (while it is switched on) would be able to see those passwords.
The secret behind passwords is... that they are secret and no one can see them. So I don't think your passwords can be made visible.
Windows has a method of some questions at system install, where you could give answers to. I never used them, because I did not loose or forget my password ever, but maybe that does the trick to get Windows working again (if it is not at the moment).
For the NAS I don't know if there is a solution to reset the password. I don't use a Synology NAS (my NAS is integrated in the router/modem I use and indeed that requires knowing the right password as well).
