Solved PC has old(er) CPU, but has everything else. What is the status on receiving Windows updates.

Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.194)

This PC has SecureBoot, UEFI, TPM 2.0, but the CPU is an i7-5960X (Haswell) so it doesn't make the Windows 11 CPU compatibility list. In spite of this, I installed Windows 11 Pro using the Media Creation tool method. No registry patch was needed during the installation process. There was no nag screen about my CPU being incompatible which surprised me. Does my PC get all the Windows updates users of fully compliant Windows 11 PCs get?

Does this look about right?

Don't throw away old W10 backup just yet though.

i have also only problem with processor but wor now WU works ok

if not we can download all updates from microsoft catalog and install it its msu or cab files so no problem :)

When I checked this morning to see what updates mine wanted it now shows the notice that my PC can't run 11, which I already knew as the CPU isn't supported, it has everything else ticked as good.

I'm not bothered though as I'm keeping the machine to carry on running 10 and get myself a new laptop running 11. It just means I'll be a bit behind in finding out all the ins and outs of the OS. :D
