Hi all, I have tried looking at my computer's .dmp file, but nothing stands out. But I am not savvy, so can someone help me to analyze the .dmp files please. I have attached 2 files for your review, thank you!

Thanks OAT. To add more, the crashes happened randomly, I was not doing anything in particular. My system is at least 4 years old, that's when I bought my PC used. I am not overclocking my PC. Hope that's all the info that is needed, if not, please let me know. Thank you.

Please perform the following steps:

1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

2) Uninstall: Bitdefender and Adguard using the respective uninstall tools

3) Update Windows and defender and make sure defender is running

4) Monitor the computer for stability / instability for a day

5) If the computer is stable then the software can be reinstalled (install one day apart so that the computer is again monitored for stability / instability)

Hi zbook, thank you for your help! The two BSOD happened within 8 days of each other, so it'll be a while before I get back to you.

If both non-Microsoft software are completely uninstalled then you can monitor for a day.

Bitdefender can be reinstalled or you can continue using defender.

Monitor for an additional day before reinstall the second software.
