Problem with DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

After the scan I tried to investigate the causes, ChatGPT replied that :

Now here comes the strange part of the whole story, I was NEVER an insider and I never switched to that channel, is ChatGPT right, how did it happen and how to fix it .

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

I looked at those scripts, but there are a few too many steps to do, I don't feel confident because the possibility of making a mistake is high.

Go for #4 (disable non-windows AV, drive encryption, make sure that there is at least 20 GB free space, etc.)
