Hi. New member, hope you can help. Running ver 23h2, Update will not run, tells me I have corrupted files, need to reinstall windows. Every way I know to do that requires entering my password or pin. I was using a pin, but now the system doesn't recognize it. Changing it doesn't help. Deleting the pin option doesn't help. The system still asks for the pin, gives me no option to use my password. What now?
