Profile Menu won't open, can't Sign Out/Switch User/Lock screen.

Can anyone give me any tips on Windows 11? Working to migrate my company to Win11 from Win10. Captured new Win11 image on a USB key. Once a new machine is imaged, added to our domain, and moved to the desired OU, I come across the issue of not being able to sign out normally from the Start Menu/Profile Menu. When I click on the profile menu to sign out or switch user, it will appear for a few seconds and then disappear. Once this happens, the menu will not open anymore when I click on the current profile. The only way I am able to sign out is if I press Ctrl+Alt+Del. Any tips?

We have seen the same thing, but not on every device. Microsoft has been telling us for the last couple of months that it will be resolved in the next monthly update. Happy to say that the Nov 2024 update has resolved this for us on 23H2.
