does it come from the monitor's speakers?
do you have other speakers to evaluate with? or another monitor ?
have you tried headphones to see if the sound is there as well?
have you done any changes to the OS that might have impacted
this behaviour?
Right click on the Speaker icon on the taskbar in the right hand corner
and from the menu, chose "troubleshoot sound problem".

If you have headphones, do not connect them to the monitor.
Chose the PC headpone jack instead. This should eliminate the
monitor being at fault.

It may seem to be fixed but it can also be someone actually accessing your system.
What you are saying is that windows are opening without you opening them. Correct? If so, Since we can't see it, I have a list of questions for you.
1. Is it the same window every time? If so, can you tell what the window is. How often?
2. Does the window stay open or immediately close?
3. Have you installed any new software recently?
4. Have you given ANYONE remote access to your computer? Please go to control panel>Programs & Features. Take a screenshot of your installed programs so we can see what you have. I want to make sure that no remote desktop software has been installed.

If it happens again The first suggestion I have for you is to run it a clean boot to see if it continues to happen.
Perform a clean boot to eliminate software conflict causing the issue. If it doesn't happen in a clean boot, you have some software conflicting with Windows. Brink's procedure will help you weed out which one. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial

At least it's following YOUR mouse and not interference from an outside source. That was my first concern.

Not being a gamer myself I am unfamiliar with all the software you have installed. If the problem re-occurs it will be a process of elimination to find what is interfering with your mouse. Also, consider it could be the mouse itself going flaky on you. Since you're such a gamer, I doubt it's a cordless mouse, but if it is. change batteries. You could have a mouse button getting stuck. Eliminate it being a mouse problem by changing the mouse.
If you have any mouse enhancement software installed, check for updates or uninstall the software while testing.

Does it persist in safe mode?
Safe mode is not the ideal environment to test for pointing device issues as minimal virtual drivers are loaded.
So a BT mouse will not respond, neither will a USB mouse, this gets even trickier if FAST BOOT is enabled in the BIOS.
