Hello, I'm experiencing frequent random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurrences on my laptop running Windows 11 Home edition 23H2 with the latest updates.
These crashes happen approximately 3 to 7 times daily, each with different error codes (such as memory management, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION..).
Upon checking the Event Viewer, I consistently find issue logs with event ID 1001 after each BSOD.
I've taken several troubleshooting steps to address the issue. I conducted a hardware check using Lenovo hardware diagnostics and performed stress tests for the CPU, iGPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD, all of which showed no issues no bluescreens during test and maintained good temperature levels.
Additionally, I ran a memory diagnostic using Memtest86 from a bootable USB, which found 0 issues. Furthermore, I ensured that the BIOS settings are correctly configured, with TPM ship enabled, Secure Boot enabled, and AMD virtualization turned on. To further diagnose the problem,
my laptop specs:
-Lenovo ideapad Gaming 3 15ACH6 82K2
-windows 11 Home 23H2
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
-Radeon Vega IGPU 1gb VRAM (allocated from ram)
-16 GB ram 2x8GB 3200 (15 available and 1gb for igpu)
-RTX 3050TI mobile 80w
-256gb Gigabyte nvme m.2 SSD
I ran the Driver Verifier tool and collected the resulting minidumps: Minidump - Google Drive
i tried sfc scannow and dism restorehealth and chkdsk commands and nothing helped
