Hey I have a problem with one of my computers. It is a new Dell OptiPlex 3000 and it has had blue screening issues and crashing issues since I bought it. I thought I fixed the issues by updating all the drivers and BIOS. I am no longer getting any minidump files but it randomly will crash and boot into the continue to windows screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The computer has been having unexpected shutdowns and restarts without BSOD.

There were Windows Driver Verifier (WDV) initiated BSOD on three days: May 2, 10, 18

Was there a forum / thread to view what was done at that time? (May 2023)?

What is the computer's warranty status?

Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)

1) List all hardware attached to ports

2) Run these Microsoft troubleshooters:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id BITSDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic

Click view detailed information when available > post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

3) Run: Tuneup plus > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

4) Make a new restore point:

5) Read this link on Windows Driver Verifier:

Learn the methods to recover from using the tool by booting into safe mode and running one or more of these commands:

verifier /reset

verifier bootmode resetonbootfail

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

Post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Ok I will go through all that and reach back out. I was able to resolved the original blue screens on my own so no thread. Here are my notes from then.
MiniDump files Indicated Dell.TechHub.D BSOD & audiodg.exe BSOD
Uninstalled Dell PC Support - Updated Audio drivers
