I feel the "Reaction" based system is more likely to get more clicks due to the nature of the way people have become accustomed to liking things via social media.

The "Reputation" wording probably made people think if it's worth the kudos as opposed to just showing they like the content.

I don't think it's bad, i actually like the reactions system and with all the covid related annoucements and posts on our internal work forum i just had to add the medical emoji :)
