I tried updating the Realtek High Definition Audio Device driver because CCleaner indicated it was outdated. Unable to find a Windows 11 driver, I followed guides suggesting the 64-bit Windows 10 version from Realtek’s website (Realtek). I lost sound from my integrated speakers after updating via Realtek’s install wizard. I attempted to roll back the driver, delete it, and more... nothing worked. I eventually did a system restore to a point before the install but now I get this error on startup. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I downloaded it but when I attempted to open it, it said "Can not connect to RCP service." I'll troubleshoot this next error and post an update once it's solved to let you know if it also fixed the startup error. Thanks!
