I apologize for being a little adamant. I am able to use the headphone in the UBUNTU all the time. If this is a hardware bug how could that be possible?

Did you install the latest BIOS? Doesn't mention anything about fixing Audio issues - but it does fix some issues for your Video Card Model (RTX 3060).
Your motherboard model does seem rather new (around 6 months old), yet - still surprising that Windows couldn't detect your audio chip - at least for a basic driver install (normally, it tends to find/use even an OEM driver). Anyway, you could also try this unofficial drivers - which are based on latest generic audio drivers (7 March 2023) released by Windows for Realtek Audio Chips :
I appreciate your support mate. I tried the driver you suggested but still could not see any improvement. Trying to add the driver via add legacy hardware raises the same exception as I mentioned in the first message of this thread. About the bios update, I am a little afraid to do so...!
