Battery/DC power settings, GP or not, shouldnt cause a permission issue while running .NET based applications

Do you have .NET 3.0-3.5 enabled in “Turn Windows Features On or Off”?

(You could try making a new Admin user and testing with that to see if you are having general permission issues with your profile)

You may need to contact the developer

*Also - What is shown when you click the “Details” button?
Tried adding a new administrator and again same result. wtf?

I run it as administrator. I don't know the commands to use powerrun to start an app.
TrustedInstaller gives you access beyond just running as Administrator.

With PowerRun, you could click its + icon to add UWT to its list and then double-click it.

Or use Right-Click Tools and select Cmd as TrustedInstaller and then enter the path for UWT to run it as TrustedInstaller.

You can save yourself typing the path by right-clicking the Ultimate Windows Tweaker 5.1.exe and selecting Copy as Path. And then paste that path at the Cmd prompt and press Enter to run it.

What applications is that? If it is not corrupted it is something relevant to access rights.

ultimate windows tweaker 2.1 is the problem. I now have UWT 5.1 and so far I haven't had issues with that so I think I'll just close this and forget about it.

Looks like some incompatibility with the older version which is fixed in the new version.

W11 does require UWT 5, if you didn't come across the original site for it.

Yes, with 5.1 the same tweak works with no error. So all along it was the darn app itself.

Thanks to everyone. I learned a lot while trying all your suggestions.

Since Windows 11 is latest Windows version, we must first update our applications to latest versions to improve compatibility. This usually fixes most incompatibility issues. If latest version doesn't solve the issue, you are welcome to post for help. Also don't forget to update your drivers, especially the graphics drivers, to fix bugs and improve performance. I recently installed latest nVidia graphics drivers for my nVidia GTX 1080 Ti and I would bet performance during video rendering is improved. I think I get faster processing than before the update.
