Repetitive Intel updates at every Windows Update

Everytime I check on Windows update the following two updates appear: Intel updates.webp
I contacted Intel customer support and they are of no help - they tell me that I need to contact the manufacturer of my PC which is Lenovo. Lenovo doesn't even respond. There are no problems with my system, however I don't like the fact that at every Windows update, the two updates are done. Is there any way that I can remove these updates before doing the update?

Hi, if you’re good at keeping your drivers updated yourself, you could disable driver downloads via Windows Update.

I’d recommend Option Two

In this video, i will demonstrate how to use Update Manager for Windows (WuMgr) app to install selective updates, hide them so they won’t be installed, or remove any previously installed Windows update easily.
