Wished I had a warranty as it expired I think 3 years ago. But here is a good write up on why they have to replace the entire keyboard unless you can find the keys for the same manufacturer of the keyboard as it has to do with patents and Dell uses different manufacturers for the same model keyboard.For Dells at work that I called warranty on, they replaced the entire keyboard.
