Rotate between Spotlight wallpapers?

Hello. Is there a way to rotate between desktop wallpapers from Spotlight? If I click on the desktop icon "learn more about this image", I can see there are 4 pictures, but my desktop keep showing the same one.
Can you make windows automatically rotate between them?

Though mine has been stuck on the same one for several days, a kind of shoreline, Windows normally does rotate the wallpapers. The "Tell me more" icon in the upper right has also gone missing, and toggling the display of desktop icons off and back on doesn't bring it back.

Somehow my "Personalize your background" was switched from "Windows spotlight" to "Picture". No idea how or why this happened. Anyway, switching it back restored things to normal.
