Just default windows plan. Only power setting changed was turning off fast startup. Then again I have never had problems with it on default before (no idea if Microsoft changed default power management though)

Bios power voltages also default. Afterburner also default GPU power limits. (I don't remember but I think I tried with un-installed afterburner aswell)

Yeah I sent it (along with my memory) in but it's not coming back, it's already been near 2 weeks with 0 follow ups. their own terms and conditions say fast and easy rma 😂. Well looking at the cpu socket no bent pins, or obvious dirt or hair. Before I sent it in psu was replaced and GPU was taken out and tested with a gtx960 and same thing happens . The tests were done before sending in the board 😮, some tests days before, others months before. All tests were done on atx 2.3 psu, except for memtest86+ and 64 on atx 3.1and the GPU switch . For reference, the restarts were like once or twice a day, then December came and it became every day, January it became the most easily reproduced (multiple times a day)

why I went in the board was 1. Bios logo corruption. 2. PreBoot time was about 1 minute (before system is ready) 3. Flashing bios 3 times in a row reduced reboot time 4. Bios disappeared suddenly the day before I sent it in (I had to do a qflash + twice to get it to boot).

I sent in the Memory also because the restarts whether or not it was rng, if I disable fast boot in memory settings in the bios, for some reason didn't restart... As far as I know fast boot just skips the initial memory checks.

Well after this the only components left unchecked or not replaced would be nvme (heat spreader sticker does look like it is maybe melted and molded around chips, I have never taken out nvme to notice) and 1xsata data cable and cpu, and cpu cooler which I doubt is a defect (I'm pretty sure heatsync contact is flat) assuming the manufacturer even tests the stuff or doesn't replace it.
