Welcome to the forum. Per MS, This error occurs when your graphics device driver has notified Windows that the device isn’t working properly. This may mean that the device has a hardware problem, or that the driver or driver software is failing.

Completely remove the driver and its software using DDU in safe mode
Read the instructions on that page carefully. Be sure to remove driver and Radeon software.

If you were using the latest driver 23.9.1 dated 9/6/23 , scroll to the bottom of the following page and click on "previous drivers". Download and install an older driver to see if that fixes your issue.

It is very suspect that AMD is having issues with their drivers. Since 3/7/23 there have been 11 driver updates for that card.
Of course, there is always a possibility there is an issue with the card itself.

AMD (as well as NVidia) continually releases driver updates for games and performance - not just because a card is problematic. This is standard procedure for both AMD and NVidia.

Anyway...
the problem is that the video card worked correctly the first time The next day there was no image on the monitor, I had to put it on the board and reinstall all the drivers in their latest version from the official page, in the device manager it says error 43.
code 43 in this instance can mean either one or two things - driver issue, or hardware issue. With that, did you install the GPU drivers from the link glasskuter posted?

Do you still have Code 43? Do you have video?

If it worked the first day, and the next you got error 43 after a black screen... that GPU is dead.
There is only two reasons why you get error 43:
  • Drivers for Windows aren't designed for THIS specific version (for example, older A series APUs, whose drivers aren't compatible with WDDM 3.1, which Windows 11 uses.
  • Hardware is likely having problems and report said issues to the OS, in short, it's defective.
I totally feel your GPU is dying, I've got a RX 6600 XT on my desktop build and works perfectly on Windows 11, yours should, unless it's a hardware issue. Use your warranty and RMA it immediately.
Sorry mate :(
