Windows 11 Pro - version 24H2
The top quarter of my monitor has been flickering once in a while when I have the cursor near the top of the screen. This is a new system that I built on 11 January and reinstalled Windows on 18 January. The flickering has been going on 5 days or so. It’s happened whether I’m on Edge, Brave, or Firefox.

Flickering screens for me have usually been screen starting to fail or graphics driver issues. Is there an updated graphics driver you can install?

Yes, so far I’ve only noticed it happening in my browsers. But my system is so new that I’ve been spending the majority of my time using browsers as I explore tech websites and enjoy learning about computers.

I thought earlier today that drivers might be the problem. As soo as I get home I’ll make sure I have the newest graphics card driver. Do monitors have software that I need to update?

As @Hazel123 said flickering is usually graphics related (screen , driver or graphics card) but that would affect it system wide. One other question do you see this issue only when watching videos in your browsers or does it happen even in pages that are text?
Have you installed any add-ons (extensions) in your browsers (Oh, sorry. That's 2 other questions ;-)

That CPU has integrated Radeon graphics along with your RTX4060 discrete graphics. For testing switch to your Radeon graphics to see if it makes a difference ....OR if you're already using the Radeon graphics switch to your discrete to see if the problem follows and report back.
