In windows explorer, click on 3 dots and choose options (your options may be in a different place as mine is modded, just poke around.
Then make it look like my first page and click apply, then we'll do the second page...

Tnx. focus on canceling hybernate for the moment:
rt click start button lower left , choose windows terminal admin or something of that sort,
powercfg.exe /hibernate off
and then reboot and assure hiberfill.sys is not there and check your system.
