This tutorial will show you how to sign in or sign out of the Phone Link app with your Microsoft account in Windows 11.
The Phone Link app on your Windows PC let's you get instant access to everything you love on your phone, right from your PC. Link your iPhone or Android phone and PC to view and reply to text messages, make and receive calls, and more - all right on your PC.
You must sign in with your Microsoft account on both the Phone Link app on your PC and either the Link to Windows (Android) or Link to Windows (iPhone) app on your phone.
If you sign out your Microsoft account on both your PC and phone, it will remove these devices from each other.

After signing out of Link to Windows and Phone Link, your devices will be removed. If you 'd like to use these devices again with Phone Link and Link to Windows, you will need to sign in to Link to Windows with the same account and go through the pairing process on Phone Link once more.
Here's How:
1 Open the Phone Link app on your Windows 11 PC.
2 Do step 3 (sign in) or step 4 (sign out) below for what you want.
3 Sign in to Phone Link app
A) Perform an available action below: (see screenshots below)
- Click/tap on Continue if you are signed in to Windows 11 with your Microsoft account.
- Click/tap on Android or iPhone for which phone device you want to add, and sign in with your Microsoft account.
B) You can now follow any given instructions to link (add) your phone to the Phone Link app on your PC.

4 Sign out of Phone Link app
A) Click/tap on the Settings (gear) icon. (see screenshot below 4C)
B) Click/tap on Devices in the middle Settings pane. (see screenshot below 4C)
C) Click/tap on the Sign out link in the right Devices pane. (see screenshot below 4C)
D) Click/tap on the Sign out to confirm. (see screenshot below)
E) You can now close the Phone Link app if you like.
