Simple way to create desktop shortcut for file explorer on latest builds

Hi folks
If you want file explorer as a desktop icon and short cut on the latest builds (the old way doesn't work as you don't get the "open file location" option simply use the browser to go to C:\windows\explorer.exe

Then in properties etc simply choose - more options, send to desktop (create short cut).

Rename at will.

You can also hold left mouse button and drag and drop the Explorer.exe to Desktop to have a context menu option to create shortcut.
