Ever since I installed this version when I first boot up my computer I see enter your pin, I find that rather strange because I've already enabled the auto login option. I don't actually have to enter my pin # but simply press the enter key and after doing so everything is normal and I'm taken to my desktop. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so were you able to fix the issue ? I have this same version installed on two computers but my issue is only happening on one of them which I find rather strange.

Steve,
Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my unique issue, I think what bothers me the most is the fact that this is happening on only one of my computers running the same exact version of windows 11.

Can't offer you any help in stopping the "Enter Your Pin" screen message but if it's any consolation I get the same notice on the same build version (Beta) as you even though I auto login as well. I don't touch anything and it will continue into the desktop and load as usual so I've learned to ignore it for now. It may stop displaying in a future build, I guess time will tell.

Hi FrancoDT, I'm glad to hear that someone else is having the same exact issue that I'm having, I think what bothers me the most at least for me is the fact that I have two computers with the exact same version of windows beta insider version yet it's only happening one one of my computers ??

I've gotta say several builds of 24H2 have been an adventure for me lol. Some glitches are minor annoyances I've learned to live with until an update fixes them and a couple have been major annoyances that thankfully got resolved. My guess is you and I are in the minority here doing auto logins so that glitch probably isn't widely known. If it really bothers you I guess you can submit a report through the Feedback Hub about it though. I'm guessing that will be a pretty low priority problem report for Microsoft though.

Update:
I found the solution to my issue by reading a post here in the forums, here's the fix..open settings, click on accounts, click on sign-in options, click on the PIN (Windows Hello) sub heading and disable it.
