There was also a look alike "House" icon in shell32 (originally with a Network item underneath).
Perhaps this kind of trick (headed up by @Edwin) would be the solution for changing names, even better if they are located in a language file (en-US / fr-FR / es-ES...) to ensure translations.
I have no idea where the file is and if it is possible to tweak it, in 10 & 11 editions.
Who knows, maybe one day there will be an answer !...
