No. We are talking about GB/GigaByte partition sizes or drive sizes in the last several years of Windows, my first computer in '92 had a 120MB HDD.

A number of small computers with 32GB didn't have enough space for the Version Upgrades of Win10, mine was done before the last 3 or 4 such twice-yearly Upgrades, needed about 12GB more space, is now happily running Linux Mint.

The 16MB partition is the System Reserve partition.

And yes the 100MB EFI partition is the normal size and is sufficient.

This is mine, for example... (I blame OCD)

Right now, the Windows 10 drive is the one that's hooked up...

This is mine with 4 partitions on the only internal drive plus 3 External drives. The C: partition holds Win10 and the D: partition is for Data storage and some installed programs. The 2 small partitions are not accessible, not intended to be, created by installation of Windows 8 which was Upgraded to Win10. The 500MB is not worth messing with, insufficient size for much use. The 100MB partition is critical for booting, neither have drive letters assigned on purpose.

On Disk 1, you could slide that 16MB partition to the left, and then add the 829MB unallocated to the E:\ partition.
But that's just for the sake of neatness. It's not really necessary.

Everything else on Disk 1 and Disk 3... looks fine.

Just move it to the left... but make sure to keep it 16MB.
Right now it will say 829MB before... you just want it to end up saying 829MB after.

Then you can resize the E:\ partition to include the 829MB.

When messing around with partitions... you can resize or move them with two different methods.
Either use the left and right "handles" (small squares), or use the text boxes (large square).

In your case... I would right click the 16MB partition (Disk 1), and choose resize/move.
Then in the text boxes, set space before to zero and space after to 829MB.
Then click OK and apply (located in lower left corner of the program), etc.
If it wants to reboot, let it.

After that is done... right click the E:\ partition (Disk 1), and choose resize/move.
Then set the space before to zero, and click OK and apply... etc.
When it wants to reboot, let it.

That's pretty much all there is to it.

When you're all done you will receive this...

That I can't answer.. I don't habve that 16MB partition. I removed it long ago.

Maybe someone who still has the System Reserved partition, could check that out?

The 16MB partition is annoying as it cannot be moved by even tools like minitool partition wizard free or Easeus.

There is a way of moving it using Macrium Reflect i.e. you make an image backup of the 16mb partition, then do a restore to existing drive using drag and drop (removing 16 MB partition from target drive), so its 16mb space gets merged with unallocated space to left. The when you drag and drop it it gets loacted to far left of unallocated space next to EFI partition.

Another way - I think you can just delete existing one in diskpart and recreate it with diskpart (size as 16MB) - then it gets created at left most position.

In the end, this partition is useless and not needed though.

Yeah... I removed that one and the Recovery partition, long ago.

@man00 Maybe you should just leave it alone. Since I don't even have it... there's no way I can test it out.

If @NavyLCDR sees this post, he may have other suggestions.

Yeah - I think I saw diskpart method from @NavyLCDR originally.

Well make sure you can still reboot... you should be able to, but you should test it, just to be sure.

Both drives booted okay....I wonder if its possible if the 16mb partitions was causing my issue of sometime Windows would do check disks at boot and say its doing repairs done it to every drive ...Gonna give it a week or two and see

I don't think so, but ya never know.

Easy to check... just have a look with CrystalDiskInfo (free)
If CrystalDiskInfo gives you a "Good" rating... then something besides a failing drive is causing the disk checks at boot.

I ran that one shows 99% good on both ssd..Ran seagate tools on the HHD it was fine.
This is a new motherboard, cpu and ram...I returned the first motherboard and ram and got another set.
gigabyte z590 ud ac . i5-10600kf and 32gb of Corsair Vengeance DDR4

Yeah... keep an eye on it.
It could be one or more drives came up "dirty" and Windows decided to check.
I wouldn't worry about it, unless it keeps happening.

I have yet to see a computer affected in any way be removal of the small Microsoft System Reserved partition. In fact, if you use Microsoft's own mbr2gpt tool to convert an MBR drive to GPT, their own tool does not even create the MSR partition.
