Taskbar has gone mad

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone knew why my quickstart taskbar has gone a bit strange? All the icons have seemingly bunched across to the right hand corner, overlapping each other. Makes it impossible for me to click on some of them, as the things like the wifi / volume etc are 'on top' of some of the icons for things like Word and Photoshop.

When I'm in the office, I use a second screen - and the same thing was happening there. It's been fine for at least a couple of years, only just started happening.

Any help would be much appreciated!
