Well I fixed it again by rolling back the Mei driver and reinstalling the new one. I noticed it seems to be a gpu utilization issue in 3dmark vs 15k vs 19k but my game fps doesn’t change regardless but I won’t be updating my Mei again until I get an official one.

So i just booted up my pc when I came home and it was back to 15k where it was 19k last night and nothing changed with my system . It seems my gpu usage was lower in 3dmark. Maybe this has nothing to do with Mei or maybe it does and it will be sorted in future drivers/bios updates but my gaming fps remains unchanged.

Hi, sorry for digging out this old thread. I was trying to send you a private message, but it doesn't work somehow.
Did you ever figure out this issue? I'm experiencing something very similar with my new build.

First make sure you have the latest official drivers directly from nVidia or AMD. Most likely Windows Update replaced them with a suboptimal version.
