Both keys work fine, i've already tested them. The F11 key activates full-screen mode in my browser, and the Windows key opens the Start Menu.
My only problem is that the Windows key + Impr Pant key shortcut doesn't work (the screenshot isn't taken when i press these two keys).
My computer is relatively new and i have never had any problems with any key or with my keyboard, my only specific problem is that this shortcut does not run (it used to and now it doesn't anymore)
Thank you for taking the time to help me and continue responding, i hope we can find a solution.

if you press F1 and F2, do the dim and brighten the screen? Or do you neen to hols the Fn down first? Whether you need the Fn key or not is set in Bios. Could you have changed this setting by accident?
Currently:
Win+PrtScrn captures your entire screen(s) and copies it to the Clipboard only,
Win+Shift+S allows a regional capture, and copies it to the Clipboard.
