Hi ID,
Good morning.
I do not think it is a device issue (specs below). At least no one has responded they do not have the issue on their system.
Remember that Infranview does not solve the issue is the hundreds of open / save / save as / search dialog popups that I see every day.

I checked on both of my desktops and my laptop and don't have any problems changing the size of the thumbnails using Ctrl and the scroll wheel on the mouse. Are you sure it's a Windows problem and not a display driver problem?

Sorry. I simply assumed that people realized I am talking about Windows 11 Operating System.
Al the dialog boxes for viewing files / saving files / opening files / et cetera.
