Anything with a leading $ is a temp folder, Intel and Perflogs are log folders Boot is to do with system startup

The BT and WS folders are magically created by MS shortly before a windows version upgrade comes down thru WU.
My Boot folder contains the WADK files downloaded when I created Macrium media.
My Intel folder is empty so ???
Perflogs is created by Windows to store info about performance of your machine. It's used by Event Viewer and Relaibility Monitor.

Delete the ~BT and the ~WS folders, and leave the rest alone. :-)

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
All can be removed, except for \boot.

- $WINDOWS folders are created as part of an install, or update process. Sometimes MCT will leave this folder behind.
- Intel acts like the annoying dog on your street, marking territory by crapping anywhere it feels like going. C:\Intel, C:\Program Files\Intel, C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel.... Intel installers drop crap in random folders.
- If you remove the C:\PerfLogs folder, Windows will recreate it whenever Windows performance logging is enabled again.
