Todo Backup Free - Restoring an O/S versus "transferring a system"?


I may have missed it. I"ll try again on the laptop and see if the USB drive shows up. I'll also update it to the 2023 version just in case. Wouldn't be the first time I've missed something unimportant like the destination drive!

So if I want to save it on portable hard disk, if I need to restore my entire PC (Windows 11) without having to reinstall the programs, what should I do with EaseUS Todo Backup from the menu, clone, clone system or what? Thank you.

Seems Todo formats the drive first , before adding the backup to it ............takes lots of time !
Macrium much faster , looks for changes and applied them............... :wink:

That Macrium feature is called Rapid Delta Restore is only on paid version and is not in virtually any other package (free or paid). I believe Casper has a similar function (paid version),
