Have turned PTT on in BIOS ( don't have a hardware TPM module) but no option to clear TPM.
I installed Win 11 using RUFUS to clear TPM requirement, should this be ON?

When I get into weird BIOS things... I just call the motherboard manufacturer, and rant and rave, gently... till they escalate the problem to someone that knows the answers. :-)


You may also just be able to reset the BIOS to defaults.
I'd imagine that would clear it.

As you have PTT, you don't need to bypass the TPM requirement.

I don't know why there's a yellow triangle (problem indicator) for it in Device Manager.

On my PCs, clearing the CMOS clears the TPM. (Warning - if you're using Bitlocker, that will clear its key. Make sure that you know what the key is..)

The latest BIOS for the OP's motherboard came out in Oct. 2024.
So the BIOS may indeed need flashed.

Can't find the CTM010 for my mobo anywhere, even the mobo supplier lists it as end of life!
