Here are the things I ensured:
Thanks for any and all help!
- I have a Lenovo Thinkpad, Product Number 21KV0014US. It indeed has the Intel AI Boost NPU as I verified it in Device Manager.
- I installed the latest drivers for the Intel AI Boost. That would be 32.0.100.3104. When I go back and do another Windows Update, Microsoft wipes out the new drivers and installs an older 32.0.100.2540. I do not know if that is the problem or not.
- I have Bitlocker turned on
- I verified through Windows Security that I have ESS enabled.
- I tried following the article to enable Recall, but it doesn't do anything for me. That command was: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:"Recall"
- When I look at 'All Programs' from the Start menu, I do not have anything called 'Recall'.
- Furthermore, Recall does not show up even as an entry for me to install in optionalfeatures.
Thanks for any and all help!
